Important Notice Regarding Membership Stages for Fiscal Year 2021
GINZA SIX offers different stages of service based on the amount of purchasesmade during the year from March 1 to the end of February of the following year.For purchases made in fiscal year 2020 only, we will set two closing dates forthe period to determine the new stage for fiscal year 2021.
※The stage renewal dates for FY2021 will be twice, on Thursday, April 1, 2021and Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
Regarding the above, due to the temporary closure due to the state of emergency announced in April 2021, the expiration date of the member benefits has been partially changed, so please also check the following page.

Closing date for annual purchases in FY2020
1st time By Sunday, February 28, 2021
If you have reached each stage for the next year at this time, you will be able tostart using the new stage and stage benefits on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
Second time By Friday, April 30, 2021
At this time, for those who have reached each stage for the following year, use of the newstage and stage benefits will begin on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
※All member benefit services will be provided until Thursday, March 31, 2022.
※Total purchases made between Monday, March 1, 2021 and Friday, April 30, 2021 will be double-counted in the annual purchase amounts for fiscal years2020 and 2021.
About the GINZA SIX Card app stage
GINZA SIX offers three stages based on the amount of annual purchases.
Examples of stage advancement based on purchase amount
In fiscal year 2020, there will be two closing dates for purchases, Sunday,February 28, 2021 and Friday, April 30, 2021, therefore it is possible to move upin rank in a short period of time depending on your purchases.
▶(Case A) Achieved rank up by making purchases on the two closing dates.
▶(Case B) The same rank as the first time is determined for the second time.
“GINZA SIX shopping coupon” for the new year stage
“GINZA SIX shopping coupon” will be mailed as a benefit to members whosestage is determined for the new year.
DIAMOND STAGE
Annual purchases of 3.3 million yen or more (tax included)
GINZA SIX
Shopping coupon for 30,000 yen
PLATINUM STAGE
Annual purchase of 1.1 million yen or more (tax included)
GINZA SIX
Shopping coupon for 10,000 yen
※Shopping coupons have an expiration date.
※Valid only for Japan residents.
“GINZA SIX shopping vouchers” will be sent to customers who have registered their addresses by the deadline for annual purchases. GINZA SIX Shopping Coupons will be sent in early April and early June after the new stage is determined.
Deadline for address registration for mailing GINZA SIX shopping coupons
We would like to inform you of the deadline for registering your address in the App for mailing the “GINZA SIX Shopping Coupon” which is a benefit forachieving the new year's stage.
First time By Sunday, February 28, 2021
Second time By Friday, April 30, 2021
※If you register after the deadline, we will not be able to send you the vouchers.

Please confirm the following from “PROFILE” on MY PAGE in the app.
1. Please make sure you have registered your address ※Please be careful to fillin your zip code.
2. Please make sure you selected “Yes” for the mail delivery setting.
Please be sure to check the above settings, as we will not be able to send it without them.
② GINZA SIX Card Members
We will send it to the address registered on your card.
How to register and check your address on the GINZA SIX App
1. Select “PROFILE” on the MY PAGE, tap “Edit”, and enter your address in the “ADDRESS” section.
2. Select the “SETTING” mark in the upper right corner of the MY PAGE. ※Please be careful to fill in your zip code.
3. Select “Yes” to receive mail on the "Settings" screen.
