Three tiers depending on your annual total purchases: BRONZE, PLATINUM, and DIAMOND
Higher tiers provide access to more exclusive services.

    Annual purchase amount less than \1.10 million yen (including tax)
    GINZA SIX App

    • You earn 1,000 GINZA SIX Points when the tiers are updated in early April.
      *Limited to customers who make total annual purchases of 550,000 yen minimum (including tax).

    • If you bring your car to the porch on the second belowground floor and leave it with us, a staff member will park it for you. When you leave, go to the valet service area on the fourth belowground floor. A staff member will bring your car.
      *Go to the QUICK LINKS section of the app to make advance valet service reservations.
      *Payment must be made by credit card.
      *Parking fees are separate.
      *The service may be unavailable at peak hours.

    GINZA SIX Card

    • You earn 1,000 GINZA SIX Points when the tiers are updated in early April.
      *Limited to customers who make total annual purchases of 550,000 yen minimum (including tax).

    • Present the parking ticket screen on the TICKET portion of the app and the parking voucher at the valet counter on the fourth belowground floor or information counter on the second floor to get a parking voucher good for one hour of free parking. *To receive this service, register with the GINZA SIX App; GINZA SIX Card and App member IDs must be integrated.
      *Limited to one time per day
      *Reception time: 10:30 – 20:30
      *This will be sent to your GINZA SIX App in the month following the month you became a member.

    • Insert your GINZA SIX Card into the ticket adjustment machine when adjusting your parking fees to get two hours of free parking.
      *Limited to one time per day
      *Reception time: 10:30 – 20:30

    • If you bring your car to the porch on the second belowground floor and leave it with us, a staff member will park it for you. When you leave, go to the valet service area on the fourth belowground floor. A staff member will bring your car.

  • PLATINUM Tier
    Minimum annual purchase of 1.10 million yen (including tax)

    • Vouchers (good for three visits) for the use of LOUNGE SIX, the fifth floor premium lounge, will be sent to the TICKET portion of the GINZA SIX App in early April.

    • When the tiers are updated (early April), you will receive 10,000 GINZA SIX Points.

    • Present the parking ticket screen on the TICKET portion of the app and parking voucher at the valet counter on the fourth belowground floor, information counter on the second floor, or LOUNGE SIX on the fifth floor to get a parking voucher good for one free hour parking.
      *Limited to one time per day
      *Reception time: 10:30 – 20:30

    GINZA SIX Card

    • Vouchers (good for three visits) for the use of LOUNGE SIX, the fifth floor premium lounge, will be sent to the TICKET portion of the GINZA SIX App in early April.

    • When the tiers are updated (early April), you will receive 10,000 GINZA SIX Points.

    • ①Present the parking ticket screen on the TICKET portion of the app and parking voucher at the valet counter on the fourth belowground floor, information counter on the second floor, or LOUNGE SIX on the fifth floor to get a parking voucher good for one hour of free parking.
      ②Additionally, as a service for GINZA SIX Card members, a one-hour free parking voucher (good for ten visits) will be sent to the app. (In the year you become a card member, it will be sent in the month following the month you become a member.) *To receive this service, register with the GINZA SIX App; GINZA SIX Card and App member IDs must be integrated.
      *① and ② can be combined.
      *Limited to one time per day
      *Reception time: 10:30 – 20:30

    • Present the parking ticket screen on the TICKET portion of the app and parking voucher at the valet counter on the fourth belowground floor, information counter on the second floor, or LOUNGE SIX on the fifth floor to get an additional parking voucher good for one hour of free parking.
      *Limited to one time per day

    • When the tiers are updated (early April), you receive 30,000 GINZA SIX Points.

    • To mark your birthday, you will be mailed a 20,000 yen GINZA SIX Restaurant & Café Ticket.* In addition, a small gift will be held for you in your birthday month at LOUNGE SIX. Be sure to register your birthdate on the MY PAGE on the app.
      *Register your address on the GINZA SIX App. For members who have not registered their address, the ticket will be handed to you in your birthday month at LOUNGE SIX.
      *Register your birthdate on the GINZA SIX App no later than two months before your birthdate.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICE

Introducing special services based on the tier and card type (determined by purchases)

LOUNGE SIX

LOUNGE SIX, our membership lounge on the fifth floor, provides exclusive services to customers in a luxurious environment.
Access and services depend on the tier and card type.
*The service period is one year: from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.

  • Concierge We provide the support you need to make your visit to GINZA SIX even more special.
  • Food＆Beverage We offer a carefully selected list of beverages and a seasonal food menu.
Parking Lot Service

We provide free parking, depending on tier.

・DIAMOND Tier members: three hours free
・PLATINUM Tier members: one hour free
Free parking services are available based on card type. *Requires registration via the GINZA SIX App.
*Services can be combined depending on the amount purchased that day: 3,000 yen or more (including tax) for one free hour; 10,000 yen or more (including tax) for two free hours, and 30,000 yen or more (including tax) for four free hours.
*Present the parking ticket screen on the TICKET portion of the app and parking voucher at the valet counter on the fourth belowground floor, the information counter on the second floor, or LOUNGE SIX on the fifth floor to get a parking ticket for one hour of free parking.

Valet Service

Requires advance reservation on the app / paid service (2,000 yen, including tax)
*Parking fees are separate.

If you bring your car to the porch on the second belowground floor and leave it with us, a staff member will park it for you. When you leave, go to the valet service area on the fourth belowground floor. A staff member will bring your car. Make advance reservations for this service to eliminate the stress and worry of parking your car.
・DIAMOND Tier members and PLATIUM Tier members with a GINZA SIX Prestige Card receive this service free of charge.
・BRONZE Tier members with a GINZA SIX Prestige Card receive this service for 1,000 yen with tax.
*Make your reservation no later than one hour in advance on the day of your visit.
*The service may be unavailable at peak hours.
*Make a reservation via the app.
*Payment must be made by credit card.

Porter Service (VIPs only)

Purchases made at shops will be brought by our staff to LOUNGE SIX or the valet service counter on the fourth belowground floor so you can continue shopping hands-free.

Reception time: 10:30 – 19:45
*To use, present on the GINZA SIX App.
*The articles provided to the porters will be available at LOUNGE SIX or the valet service counter up to 20:30 of the same day. The following items are not eligible for the service. Your understanding is appreciated.
・Personal belongings (articles not purchased at GINZA SIX)
・Fresh food, refrigerated items, frozen items, and perishable items
・Items that cannot be carried by a single staff member

Bonus Gifts

There are bonus gifts available for each tier.

  • Birthday Gift DIAMOND Tier members receive a 20,000 yen GINZA SIX Restaurant and Café Ticket as a special birthday gift in their birthday month. Eligible customers are notified by the App.
    *Register your birthdate on MY PAGE of the GINZA SIX App no later than two months before your birthdate.
  • Benefits for Reaching a Tier For DIAMOND Tier members, 30,000 GINZA SIX Points are awarded when the tiers are updated (early April).
    For PLATINUM Tier members, 10,000 GINZA SIX Points are awarded when the tiers are updated (early April).
    For BRONZE tier members who have made \550,000 or more in purchases during the year from March 1 to the end of February of the following year, 1,000 GINZA SIX Points will be awarded when the tiers are updated (early April).
