YAWAMELの生キャラメルは、すっきりとした後味、口の中の温度でスッと溶けるなめらかな口どけ、そして噛んでも歯に残らない心地よい歯切れを特長とした、これまでにない新食感の生キャラメルです。
また、十二か月それぞれの季節をイメージした、全12種類のフレーバーをご用意しております。
『6月 瀬戸内レモン』や、広島県のブランド塩「海人の藻塩」を使用した『7月 藻塩』など、広島ならではの味わいもお楽しみいただけます。

YAWAMEL’s creamy caramel features a clean, refreshing finish, a smooth texture that gently melts at mouth temperature, and a light bite that doesn’t stick to your teeth—creating an entirely new caramel experience.
We offer 12 unique flavors inspired by each month and season throughout the year.
Enjoy distinctive flavors such as “June: Setouchi Lemon” and “July: Moshio Salt,” made with Hiroshima’s signature sea salt, Moshio.
