2015年、「旅」をコンセプトに品川にオープンしたブックカフェ。オープン当初から話題の「生スコーン」は、今では日本中から買い求めにくるお客様が絶えない人気メニュー。北海道産原材料を主に、江別製粉の小麦、よつ葉乳業の生クリームやバターをふんだんに使用した生地は、外がサックサク、中は驚くほどしっとり、ふわっとした食感の唯一無二のスコーン。また、今回は新商品「サヴァラン」の発売も予定しています。

A book café opened in Shinagawa in 2015 with the concept of "travel". The "fresh scones" have been a hot topic of conversation since the opening, and are now a popular item on the menu with customers coming from all over Japan to purchase them. The dough, made mainly from Hokkaido ingredients, including wheat from Ebetsu Flour Milling and plenty of fresh cream and butter from Yotsuba Dairy, gives the scones a unique texture that is crispy on the outside and surprisingly moist and fluffy on the inside. Also, a new product, "Savarin," is scheduled to be released at this year's event.
