コーポレートカラーであるブルーを基調とした見目涼しげなチョコレートや名古屋の西尾抹茶を使用したスイーツ、人気のサブレ等々商品を取り揃えております。

A western-style confectionery brand with its roots in a ryokan (Japanese inn) that opened in Owari in the Edo period.
Under the concepts of “Modern Classic” and “Japanese Modern,” the brand offers sweets made with organic ingredients.
The brand offers a wide variety of products, including cool-looking chocolates in blue, the corporate color, sweets using Nishio matcha green tea produced in Nagoya, and popular sablé.
